A comprehensive mandate profile is created, which serves as a structured communication tool and is shared with potential candidates.

Search

The search is conducted in accordance with the mandate profile, and potential candidates are approached directly.

Interested candidates undergo interviews based on a standardized guide.

The process is systematically documented in a long list, which is reviewed and discussed in update meetings.

Interviews

Potential and suitable candidates are invited to a personal interview before a confidential report is prepared that evaluates the candidates and their profiles. This report is sent to you as the client.

If desired, our confidential reports can include a self-assessment by the candidate.

Candidate presentation

EMA Partners offers the opportunity to participate in the initial interviews and provide guidance and support as needed.

Candidates who successfully pass the first round of selection will be asked to provide references. These references will be formally obtained and sent to you in a written report.

Decision

We offer close support throughout the entire onboarding process and accompany the transition beyond the signing of the contract to ensure smooth integration and fulfill all necessary requirements.
